The Design Team Structure

Design at a Peakon consists of multiple teams: Product Design Circles, User Experience Research, and Design Systems. We are also part of the larger Workday product and design organisation, but our design teams mostly work on Peakon-related features within a product team. We have mixed disciplined teams which means you’ll get to work alongside our researchers, data scientists, psychologists, UX content writers, engineers, product managers, as well as our fantastic brand and product designers.

Our designers are based in Europe — We work between London, UK and Copenhagen, DK.

  • Eligible employees receive an RSU grant upon joining, which converts to Workday stock after you stay a while.
• Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
  • You are able to buy Workday stock at a discount through payroll deductions. The price you pay is 85% of the lesser of the closing price of Workday stock on the first or the last U.S. trading day of the purchase period. So, depending on the closing price on the purchase date, your purchase price discount may be even greater than 15%.
